feat: add index gc and git sync commands

- index gc: 清理孤立节点（文件已删除但索引中仍存在）
- git sync: 同步知识库到 Git 仓库（add + commit + push）
- 自动展开 ~ 路径
- 检查 Git 仓库状态
- 生成带时间戳的 commit 信息
